A vintage resin Landsverk M38

Original: Of this second version Landsverk M38 there we're 14 cars bought and the 2nd Eskadron was formed. The fought bravely in the May 1940 invasion of the Netherlands.

Model: 35th scale, 1990's full resin kit of "Scale-Line"

Build: It was in my stash for a year or so. Build in the day that it was released, somewhere 1990. Re-furbised December 31 2023 to February 16 2024.

The orignal color is sprayed on and a lot of details painted. Just some dust to add. That wil be the nezt airbrush run.

In the evening I evaluate the pictures of the result. Not bad! Unfortunaly I've run out of time to finish it this year.

In the run to airbrush the Marder II my eye meets the Landsverk that I was lucky too find a couple of years ago. Ton Rijnberk is about to bring a new version. Why don't I check this with the recently found information and update it to be able to be spray painted. Tuns out the original builder was not very skilled with CA-glue and also placed a few items incorrectly. Most surprisingly: it has pig's tails all around! So I added and repaired some things. The tower is to narrow and the commanders hatch is the one that the Irish M38's have. The Dutch where one piece. It's a magnificent modell in those days and still very good today.
