What to take for the holiday? Must be compact. The AHS 72th scale resin kit and the 3D print go in the caravan. Very thin filler on the outside, and we're off.

After cutting away al exces wires a very crude cab is left behind. I gave one to Erich, and a new idea finds a project box.

A couple of years ago I tried to clean up a 100th scale 3D file of an AHS. Triggered by the magnificent find in pictures of a German adaptation, a short radio box on an AHS, I got it "sliced" and printed. It seemed good enough, so rescaled it to fit 1:35th scale. But that's a lot of work. Just the bare frame. Hardly more than a vacu-kit.
