The first painting is done. The roof has a first layer of white to cover the almost yellow roof. The wheels must be dark grey to suit my home town Eindhoven. The dark grey is to test fit over the light grey. Most of all it's face, and that gets the needed look. |

My neighbour sells a collection of some 70 1:87 scale busses at the garage sale. One that has the least paint on the windows I rescue and I imidiatly wipe its nose clean. It's a nicely detailed,accurate modell. It's been tailored to a specific line and city, but the fanatic collector (the deceassed oncle) is only a moderate painter.
