160th scale 1963 Chevrolet Impala
Original: A sizable but common car in the USA, in Holland the 1960's choise for Taxi and wedding.
Model: 160th scale raw resin copy.
Build: August 2018 - may 2019. When I got my first electric train in December 1972, I soon got some cars. As with the train cars, they made an explosion of era. When I narrowed my collection to the 1930-1950 era, i could not say goodbye to the sleek 1963 Chevrolet Impala. When a crude resin copy of the same model fell out of a friends collection, I could not resist. It was going to be a rust bucket.
